Layer chicks pullet rearing cage is also known as brooder cage, poultry chicks cage or brooding chicken cage, which can rear birds from one day old chicks until 112days, at least 70 days transfered to laying hens cage, some customers 90days transfer birds to egg layer chicken cage, which can be according to your request;

Layer Chicks Pullet Rearing Cage Features:
1. Layer chicks pullet rearing cage system: Both the cage meshes and cage leg support frames are made by Q235A steel which ensures the cage meshes supply enough elasticity to the brooder birds;
2. Feed troughs : made of PVC ones(100% new material) or 1.0-1.2mm thick hot galvanized steel sheets with round edge for convenient cleaning , solid and durable design;
3. Automatic feeding system: Contains trolley hopper feeding and chain feeding system, 2ways;
4. Automatic drinking system: Made up by the square pipes(thickness 2.5mm) or round pipes(thickness 2.5mm) ;
With 360 degree flowing nipple drinkers, water drip cups and water pressure regulators, terminals, splits, water filters make sure the water is clean and no harmful to the birds; also has automatic drinking adjusting lines;
5. Automatic manure removal system: Scrapper manure cleaning and belt manure cleaning system, 2types for your reference;
6. Environmental system: The environmental control system is connected to the computer, and the information is centralized management.
